Fundación Nova Core (the "Foundation") processes personal data collected through this website to manage queries, information requests and relationships with its different audiences.

Data controller

Purpose and lawful basis

Data will be processed to respond to your query or request, manage the professional or patronage relationship, and send related communications if you consent. The legal basis is the data subject’s consent and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or agreement.

Recipients

Data will not be transferred to third parties unless required by law or strictly necessary to provide the service (technology providers subject to GDPR).

Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Contact form data and retention

If you submit the contact form, we use your name, email, organisation (if provided), topic, selected programme and message to respond. The server temporarily processes your IP address to limit automated submissions and stores a derived IP identifier with rate-limit counters for 60-second, one-hour and one-day windows. Counters older than 24 hours are ignored and their temporary files are cleaned up during a later valid submission. Technical logs contain event codes only, without IP, email, name, user agent or message text; files older than 30 days are removed the next time the endpoint runs. The email we receive may contain the information you provide; it is retained as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations.

To estimate your country and approximate location, the server sends your IP address to ipapi.co and includes the resulting location in the contact email. You can email contact@fundacionnovacore.org directly if you prefer not to use the form.
